Before you set yourself up as a Pop-Art "artist" you must decide which format are you going to use, are you going to paint original pieces straight to canvas or reproduce digital images to beprinted on an A3 or large format printer.
When you cast your eyes around art suppliers websites and stores you will quickly see that the cost of actually painting onto canvas ( pre-stretched ) can be very high compared to using a good quality colour printer.
ofcourse the initial outlay on and A3 or above printer may seem huge but in the long run its a cost cutting excercise which in these times will be at the forefront of everyones mind
